Sourcing Standards
We source from a mix of official distributors, established wholesalers, and direct-from-mint channels. Wherever possible we prefer suppliers who align with responsible-sourcing frameworks and good industry practice.
Recognised Refiners & Mints
We prioritise well-known brands with strong quality controls for bullion and coins.
Conflict-Sensitive Metals
We avoid high-risk channels and perform checks on origin statements provided by suppliers.
Documentation
Invoices and supplier attestations are retained; serials/assay where applicable are recorded.
Authenticity & Testing
- Verification: visual inspection, weight/size checks, magnetism tests and, where appropriate, density or XRF via partner facilities.
- Sealed/Assay Items: many products are mint-sealed or in assay with serials recorded.
- Graded Coins: we show the grading service and certification number where applicable.
Transparent Pricing
Prices reflect live market conditions, brand premiums, grading, scarcity, and handling costs. We never hide fees— the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, plus the delivery option you choose.
Shipping, Dispatch & Returns
Dispatch Speed
Orders are typically dispatched the next working day after purchase (or the day after a live show concludes).
Delivery Method
Royal Mail 48 Tracked as standard. Tracking is provided on dispatch. Upgrades (e.g., RM24 Tracked / Special Delivery) may be available at checkout.
Packaging & Security
Protective sleeves/capsules where appropriate, discrete outer packaging, and consolidated shipping for multi-item orders when safe to do so.
Returns
For online store orders we follow applicable consumer rights. Live-show purchases may be final as stated in our show notes.
Environment & Packaging
- Re-use clean materials where suitable to reduce waste.
- Offer capsules/sleeves to protect items and extend usable life.
- Consolidate parcels where safe to do so.
Buyback & Recycling
We regularly purchase back bullion and selected collectibles. Quotes depend on brand, condition, and market rates. Items are tested on receipt and paid promptly once verified.
Compliance & Transparency
- Accurate descriptions and clearly stated weights/purities.
- No games of chance: Surprise Sets (when offered) are pre-packed and pre-determined prior to sale.
