Orders placed via our website are typically dispatched the next working day after payment clears using Royal Mail 48 Tracked as standard or 24 Tracked Signed for larger volume or value purchases. We are not liable for delays caused by postal carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Refunds & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and is available on our website. Website purchases may be returned within 14 days. Buyers pay return postage for unwanted items. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced upon free return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

7. Live Shows (Whatnot Platform)

All live show sales made through Whatnot are governed by Whatnot’s own terms of service, payment, and refund procedures. Purchasing during a live show constitutes acceptance of Whatnot’s buyer terms and these Terms of Service.

We guarantee that all precious metal and collectible products sold by Speed Sale Bullion are authentic and accurately described. Items may include assay cards, certificates, or serial numbers where applicable.

You may not use our site or products for any unlawful purpose, to violate UK or international regulations, to infringe intellectual property rights, to transmit malicious code, or to collect or misuse personal information.

We operate under UK law and adhere to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and Whatnot UK Compliance Guidelines. All Surprise Sets or Mystery Items are pre-packed and pre-determined prior to sale.
