Orders are typically processed and dispatched the next working day after payment has cleared. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Methods
All standard orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked as our baseline delivery service. This method provides full tracking and an estimated delivery time of 2–3 working days after dispatch.
4. Upgraded Shipping
For higher-value or bulk orders, we automatically upgrade delivery to Royal Mail Tracked & Signed 24 at no additional cost to the customer. This ensures faster delivery (typically next working day) and requires a signature upon receipt.
5. Dispatch Notifications
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Customers are encouraged to track their parcels directly through Royal Mail’s online tracking portal.
6. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to postal backlogs, adverse weather, or other factors beyond our control. We always do our best to assist in locating delayed parcels.
7. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, please contact us for assistance. We will open an investigation with the postal carrier and, if confirmed lost, issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and contents. We will arrange a free return or replacement where appropriate.
9. International Shipping
At present, we primarily ship within the United Kingdom. International orders may be accepted on request and are subject to additional postage fees and customs requirements.
