We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, please contact us first using our Contact Page or by replying to your order confirmation eReturn Conditions
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs when returning unwanted items.
Returns must be sent using a tracked and signed-for delivery service.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, handled, or otherwise damaged after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will provide a pre-paid signed-for return label so the item can be sent back free of charge.
Once received and inspected, we will replace the item or issue a full refExcluded Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
Precious metals or collectibles where market value fluctuates significantly.
Custom sets, Surprise Sets, or live show purchases made through Whatnot (these are managed under Whatnot’s own policies).
Items returned without authorisation or outside the 14-day returnRefund Processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm acceptance and process your refund within 7 working days.
Bank or card providers may take 2–14 days to display the refund in your account.

All orders placed during live Whatnot shows are governed by Whatnot’s own policies for buyer protection, returns, and dispute resolution.
